44 years old. What a tragedy! Rest in peace Ugo
You will not be forgotten.
The Lord bless you and keep you,
The Lord make his face to shine upon you,
And be gracious unto you;
The Lord lift up the light of his countenance upon you,
And give you peace,
Now, and forever more.
So, so ,sad .
The big man was one of the first bricks in Walters rebuild along with Davie Weir and that goal at the piggory made us all believe that we were on the way back .An instant hero and will always be one of us.
RIP Ugo .......... a young life , cut short, too soon .You will be missed by everyone big man.
Seems like he was a very well liked and respected guy. RIP big man.
That's shady 44, that goal he managed to get in against them, quality really stuck it to them, legend forever, far too young
Looks like we have a cracking team in heaven.. rip buddy
Very sad indeed. Rest In Peace Ugo.
I was at that match when ugo scored that wonderful goal for us.
I will never tire of seeing that goal.
Thanks for giving us so much joy.
Rest in peace big man.
Far too young to die so suddenly and thoughts go to his family and loved ones.
A win for Rangers on Sunday would be a fitting tribute to him as I doubt there will be a minutes silence. Maybe that should wait until our next home game, against the clappers that can't control themselves, en masse anyway.
Way way too young. Only a lad ffs.
You know its amazing what you think you know and what transpires to be the case , i have just read KT piece on the big man and for a player who was not with us for very long he left some impression on Thompson . Glowing doesnt cover it ! sounds like a gem of a man . RIP Ugo such a shame .
For that scissor kick he will always be remembered. RIP Ugo, 44's no age at all.
I disagree , if it was one of their players they would want the game postponed .We should demand a minutes silence be granted and if they don`t observe it , they will embarrass themselves on national tv .We should also have a minutes silence at our next home game .............!
What you say sounds sensible to any reasonable person, but take into account that you're not exactly dealing with rational beings in this case.
There should be a minutes silence.
As @WL.GER4EVER says anyone not observing will just show themselves up in front of a national audience.
However, we must also consider the feelings of the bereaved at this time - would we want them possibly exposed to the neanderthal behaviour of some idiots?
Solid defender back in the day thoughts go out to his family and friends.
I'd prefer a minutes applause, that wat the knuckle draggers get drowned out and robbed of any publicity. We all know that the Scum cannot be trusted to keep their collective mouths shut for 6 seconds never mind 60 and they will use a silence to try and bait us into responding and sadly, there will be some of our lot who will retalliate. And we all know who the msm will blame for it all don't we. *Hint* they don't wear green and white.
None of us know exactly when. Sad indeed. And a warning not to take a long life for granted. Sorry time for his wife and kids.
